Yancheng Teachers University is in Yancheng City, located in central Jiangsu province on China’s east coast, about 185 miles from Shanghai. Yancheng has a World Natural Heritage--Yancheng Yellow Sea Wetlands, also known in China as the home of red-crested cranes and Milu Deer. It has a convenient transportation system and a population of 8,000,000 people.
Our two campuses, less than 5 miles apart, have grown to more than 240 acres. The university offers 73 majors (59 of which are non-pedagogy-oriented) for undergraduate studies in 18 schools. The strength of YCTU is partly reflected in its 10 National First-Class Majors and 17 Provincial First-Class Majors.
YCTU is proud of its qualified and devoted teaching and administration staff. Among its over 1600 staff members, there are about 600 professors and associate professors, more than 200 of them being graduate or doctoral supervisors with prestigious universities, such as Nanjing University, Wuhan University, East China Normal University, and Tongji University, etc.
As an active participant in educational globalization, YCTU enjoys good partnership with more than 90 universities and institutions across the world by hosting international academic conferences, operating joint education programs, and conducting international research collaborations.
Our efforts are targeted to prepare YCTU students to meet global opportunities and challenges through a learning-centered classroom environment; to expand the boundaries of current knowledge while exploring the practical applications of that knowledge; and to promote the economic growth, social development as well as educational progress of the region through excellence in service outreach.
盐城师范学院位于中国江苏省中部的盐城市，距离上海约185公里。盐城拥有世界自然遗产——盐城黄海湿地，被誉为丹顶鹤和麋鹿的故乡。全市人口约800万，拥有非常便捷的城际交通网络。
学校的两个校区——通榆校区和新长校区，相距不到5公里，校园占地面积1500亩。学校有18个学院，73个专业（其中59个是非教学学专业），国家级一流本科专业建设点10个和省级一流本科专业建设点17个。
学校现有教职工1600多人，教授、副教授约600人，其中200余人受聘为南京大学、武汉大学等知名大学的研究生或博士导师。
学校积极开展广泛的对外交流与合作，举办国际学术会议、开展联合教育项目和开展国际研究合作，目前境外合作高校已超90所。

Eligibility申请人要求
Be non-Chinese citizens in physical and mental health.
身心健康的非中国籍公民。
Be a high school graduate or above aged between 18 and 25 (By July 31, 2025) for undergraduate programs; the applicant aged under 40 for Language Program (By July 31, 2025).
申请本科生项目的学生须具有高中或以上学历，年龄在18至25周岁；申请语言项目的学生年龄不超过40周岁。
*学生在入学以后，需要按照学校的要求，按时缴纳住宿费和学费，否则不予注册。
After admission, students are required to pay tuition and accommodation fees on time in accordance with the school’s regulations. Failure to do so will result in denial of registration.

Undergraduate Program for Bachelor Degree 本科课程 | School of Business 商学院 | International Economics and Trade 国际经济与贸易 Bachelor of Economics 经济学学士学位 | Students in this major mainly study the basic theories and knowledge of economics and international trade, accept basic training in the research methods of basic theories on economics, master the basic principles of international economics and trade, and have the basic ability to engage in international business, international enterprise management, and other work. The main subjects are economics and management. Scholarship Application Requirements奖学金申请要求：
Undergraduate international students who have no illegal or disciplinary violations during their time at school can receive the Admission scholarship in the first academic year.
在校期间无违法违纪行为，第一学年可获全额新生奖学金。
Undergraduate international students of our university who have passed all courses (including passing grades) in the previous academic year and have no illegal or disciplinary violations are eligible to apply for the First-class Academic Scholarship.
上一学年各科成绩及格（含及格）以上，且无违法违纪行为的我校本科留学生，可申请学业一等奖学金。
Undergraduate international students of our university who have only one course failed in the previous academic year and have no illegal or disciplinary violations are eligible to apply for the Second-class Academic Scholarship.
上一学年各科成绩只有一门不及格，且无违法违纪行为的我校本科留学生，可申请学业二等奖学金。
Language students who have no illegal or disciplinary violations during their time at school can apply for the Scholarship of Language Program，RMB 5000 per year.
语言生在校期间无违法违纪，可申请汉语奖学金，5000元/年。
Undergraduate international students who actively participate in various collective activities such as academic, cultural, sports and art activities at the university level or above organized by the school can apply for the Outstanding Performance Scholarship. The proportion and standard of the scholarship will be determined according to the application situation of that year.
积极参加学校组织的校级及以上各类学术、文化、体育、艺术等集体活动的本科留学生可申请突出表现奖学金，奖学金比例及标准依当年申请情况而定。

5. Proof of Language Proficiency 外语能力证明
NOTES:For Chinese-taught program applicants, Chinese language proficiency test (HSK) report (Level 4 or above) must be provided. For English-taught program applicants, those whose mother tongue or official language is not English must provide TOEFL, or IELTS or take an English test organized by YCTU ( English test arrangements to be notified separately )
注：申请中文授课的课程，必须提供汉语水平考试（HSK）4级或以上的证书。申请英语授课的课程，英语不是母语或官方语言的申请人必须提供托福或雅思成绩，如没有托福或雅思成绩，须参加盐城师范学院组织的英语入学考试（考试安排另行通知）
6. Foreigner Physical Examination Form 外国人体格检查表
NOTES:This form is uniformly printed by the Health and Quarantine Department of China and shall be filled in English. All applicants shall do physical examination for each item according to the relevant requirements. NOTES: applicants shall submit a valid certificate of no criminal record issued by the local public security organ,within 6 months before the date of application submission.

10. Financial Guarantee Statement 经济担保证明
NOTES: the guarantor's employment income proof and the bank deposit certificate in English issued by a formal bank, which shall be no less than 5000 us dollar (or equivalent foreign currency) in the applicants name or the guarantor's name.
备注：担保人的收入证明和以申请人或担保人名义开具的英文存款证明。存款证明须由正规银行出具，存款金额不低于5000美元（或同等外币）。
